I had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr. Toni and Chalon were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Their excellent customer service really stood out, and I truly appreciate how welcoming and knowledgeable they were. Highly recommend MyEyeDR for your eyewear needs.
I’ve been coming here for years. It’s not same since becoming MyEyeDr. Less selection of designer frames and it used to be buy one get one 50% off-not anymore. Staff is still awesome though(5/5 for staff). Was disappointed that I picked a $500 Gucci frame and it didn’t even come with a Gucci case. Used to be that if you got designer frames it came with a nice designer case. I will likely try a new place next year.
Paloma was very professional and patient with helping select the perfect glasses to meet my needs. Highly recommended MyEyeMed and there Eyewear Consultants. Been going for the past 8 years. Thank you for your service.
