I have come to this location on Grant/Campbell for several years for eye exams and glasses for my ridiculous prescription. They have a decent selection of frames and they take my insurance so they have pretty reasonable prices! I've been very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the candor of the doctors. Whenever I have to make appointments to manage the upkeep on this failing mortal form, I never know what kind of experience it's going to be. But here at least I have to say I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this location if you have eyeballs or similar visual organs in need of maintenance.

I got my glasses through my insurance here in the end of September and they broke already as well as less than a week later were scratched already just barley worn... this is the second time I went through nationwide because my insurance states I have to and the second time they broke in less than 3 months. Update: I have been contacted by the district manager who has ensured my glasses will be replaced at no extra cost so for that I will raise my stars... from the 1 to 3 . I still will not give a full five since I had to fight to get this taken card of. I would Just like people to ensure they are told about the warranty by staff and encourage them to purchase it...since our insurance DOES NOT pay for it. Thank you for reaching out and correcting this
