At 45 years of age, I had to get my first pair of glasses, and I was intimidated by the thought of looking for frames. From the moment I stepped in the store everybody was so friendly and helpful! You turned my anxiety about the process into a very easy and fun experience!! Thank you to the Tucson Warby Parker La Encantada staff!!
Always amazing! I am a Warby loyalist and the staff at this location knocks it outta the park every single time. They are friendly, responsive, and so eager to make every experience fantastic! The frames are super cool and they always fill my Rx perfectly!
The store has a welcoming atmosphere as do the staff. I just made my 2nd purchase at Warby Parker, La Encantada in Tucson and plan to make additional purchases. I received great guidance with my selection and found the perfect glasses almost immediately. I am very happy with the selection offered and had at least 8 frames that really worked for me. Thank you Nicholas for assisting me. You are great in listening and helping me chose styles that I loved. You were able to check my insurance benefits quickly and I feel the price for all of the options I needed was in line with the product I needed.
