Some things can only be purchased in a store, and one of these things is glasses. I have spent hours looking on line for glasses, but never could get the help I needed. Today, I went to the Warby Parker brick-and-mortar store and found the help I needed at an affordable price. John was the best! He asked me questions about the type of frames I liked and showed me several options. He helped me find the correct width for my frames for a better fit, which was a huge help to me. In the end, I purchased frames that were far better than what I was seeking when I went into the store. I can’t wait to get my new glasses! In our first visit to Warby Parker, my wife & I were warmly greeted, assisted by sales staff, NOT rushed or hurried to make a selection and treated very professionally! AAA+++!

very efficient and friendly process. Took about 1/3 the typical time to complete the process of getting glasses. Priced at half what I usually pay and will take about half as long to get the glasses. Sales associate was very helpful in getting the right frames. Optometrist was excellent. My wife said this is where she will go when she needs new glasses.
