I couldn't be more grateful for the honest, thorough service I received! A couple of days ago, I had to shut my AC off completely after smelling smoke. Given the heat, I was terrified I had a burnt wiring issue or was facing a full system replacement on a unit that’s only three years old.
The technician arrived and spent 45 minutes to an hour up on the roof in the blistering heat inspecting every single component. In an industry where some companies try to sell you repairs you don't need, I was shocked and relieved when he came down and reported that everything was running perfectly.
