He suggested we might want to think about replacing our hot water heater due to a small leak. We just recently signed up for their Comfort Club program, so this was our first inspection. We were very happy with their service.“

As I called and getting discourage, I called Chris AC and he responded by saying I have a service call in your area and I can come by in about an hour or so. He asked the problem and I responded. He was in fact at my home within the hour and surveyed the problem and repaired the AC unit as it was low on R22 and the house was not quite getting cool enough inside when outside was mid '90's...Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly and super fast to respond. My AC unit is older and we discussed a replacement and having costed out a AC unit for my daughters house it was reassuring to hear his prices are very competitive, but his knowledge of the brands to choose is the key to my saving on the next installation.“

They arrived right on time, were incredibly knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Which unfortunately, customer service is soooo far gone from businesses these days, it's a bit unbelievable. this particular service called a was handled by Eric (service tech) he was amazing. Called us to let us know he was on his way / took the time to get us dialed in (even though it's a temporary fix) & even called us the day after letting us know he found the needed parts to complete the repairs on our unit.
