“My HVAC technician was Greg Littrell he was very professional. I had them come out and complete a maintenance on my AC. Greg was very thorough checked the unit in the attic and the outside unit, he also changed the filter for me. The most important piece of this maintenance was I had complained to the builder that the start-up on my unit didn't sound right and of course they just pushed it off and told me that it was exactly the way it's supposed be. Well, come to find out it really wasn't and I am so glad that I called and Greg found an issue that could possibly cost me thousands of dollars later. Greg suggested putting a soft start on the outside unit and a surge protector, I asked if he had them with him and he said yes, I asked if he could do it now and he said yes that was all I needed to hear and I said let's do it I don't want to pay 18k for a new unit later. Thank you so much for being so thorough and knowledgeable in your profession. Another item that I will not have to worry about who I am going to call for service.“

“As the hot season progresses the AC vendors are backed up. In my experience they are 2 to 3 weeks out before they can come to you. As I called and getting discourage, I called Chris AC and he responded by saying I have a service call in your area and I can come by in about an hour or so. He asked the problem and I responded. He was in fact at my home within the hour and surveyed the problem and repaired the AC unit as it was low on R22 and the house was not quite getting cool enough inside when outside was mid '90's...Chris is very knowledgeable, friendly and super fast to respond. My AC unit is older and we discussed a replacement and having costed out a AC unit for my daughters house it was reassuring to hear his prices are very competitive, but his knowledge of the brands to choose is the key to my saving on the next installation.“

Which unfortunately, customer service is soooo far gone from businesses these days, it's a bit unbelievable. this particular service called a was handled by Eric (service tech) he was amazing. Called us to let us know he was on his way / took the time to get us dialed in (even though it's a temporary fix) & even called us the day after letting us know he found the needed parts to complete the repairs on our unit.
