Shay is simply amazing and so welcoming, comforting, kind, and compassionate. Her welcoming presence immediately eased our nerves. I ranted about all my concerns, and what's truly rare is that Shay genuinely listened as a parent and showed she cares! You can tell she genuinely wants to help others. I was surprised she had just started at Sozo, given how incredibly efficient she was with me and my daughter.

Dr. Andrew was also fantastic, informative, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to find solutions to get my daughter back on track. He explained everything clearly, leaving us feeling truly cared for during my daughter's first physical therapy session. We intend to continue our physical therapy journey at Sozo thanks to the outstanding treatment from their entire staff. I highly recommend Sozo Physical Therapy due to the exceptional care received.“
