They fix problems. This isn't a feel-good massage. They identify areas that are tight or spasming, and they work it out. I've said that in my previous reviews. Nothing really has changed in that regard.COVID safeguards mostly seem to be gone now. I'm sure they still clean the rooms pretty carefully, and you are always free to wear a mask (or request the therapist wear one) if you wish.We continue to come back because they work out problems. I am able to walk properly because they found and fixed a knot in my foot, and they continue to work on my back, neck, and shoulders. This is the place to come to if you want a therapeutic massage that actually fixes things.

I am a competitive long distance runner. I met John after the Rock n Roll marathon in January. He has truly been the greatest gift to myself and my performance. I had been seeing a physical therapist for hip issues. After a few deep tissue session on my IT bands that were painful but needed my hip soreness has drastically subsided. This won't be a fun massage but it will make your life better. John is the best!

I had a Groupon, new to the area and have only had one massage before. When I got the Groupon I thought it would be more of a spa but it is medical based, which I'm fine with. It was still relaxing and spa like. Ask for Mitch. He was great. He wore a mask, was cleanly, and aware of people's comfort level. Almost 10 years of experience, sweet and good conversation if you like to talk. Mitch got deep into the knots and knows his muscle work. I will definitely be back. Mitch mentioned a month membership plan that seems to make the most sense if you'd like to be more frequent.
