Gomez) was dispatched immediately and arrived at our house in half an hour. I will mention that we are long-standing customers and pay a modest monthly fee to be a Bumblebee “member”, which includes priority scheduling.

Jose told us what he was going to do to diagnose the problem, which he did almost immediately. He gave us options, and we chose to install a new one the next day, which he did. Jose worked cleanly and efficiently, and obviously knew a lot about the plumbing world.

We’ve had continued excellent service from Bumblebee (one was when a pipe burst in our ceiling) . I highly recommend Bumblebee.“

“We had a few plumbing questions and found Navarro Plumbing online. Louie came out and after looking at our issues, it turned out to be nothing major and he basically fixed the kitchen sink leak by twisting the faucet tighter he was very friendly and answered all of our questions, and at the end of the service call he said he couldn't charge us since he didn't really do anything and even after we insisted he take a tip, he just asked that we call him again when we have issues. Although he didn't do any major work, I was so taken back when he wouldn't charge us a service fee and it felt like we were dealing with more of a family friend than a company.
