“West RestHaven is a beautiful venue that we have used in the past and used again last month when my husband passed away suddenly. Although we knew that since he had had a heart transplant 30 years ago, he could conceivably die at any time, we were nonetheless distraught and in denialwhen it happened without warning. Willow Hertzberg was the funeral director who helped us get through a very hard time in our life. Her patience, understanding and warmth did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Willow. The only thing that I would’ve done and that I would recommend just putting together the slideshow, having someone from your family, be more involved with making sure that there were not duplicates of photos And that there was less of a gap between showing one photo and the other. That’s a minor detail that we should’ve been more involved with. It was very beautiful service, very beautiful surroundings, and the entire staff was very mindful of the grief , But also love, that our family was sharing. Again, thank you, Willow“
