The staff was kind and respectful from our first contact. They were calm and reassuring during a very traumatic time in my family's life. I appreciated their attention to details that I might have forgotten, and they were always available for questions.

Margaret was amazing. Very professional and empathetic.She made us feel comfortable in an uncomfortable and sad situation. She was very understanding and made us feel like we were the only people she was helping. Personal service. She always hugged me when I met with her. Called or text me to give me updates on the status of my loved one. I would highly recommend Chapel of the Chimes and Margaret. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had our mother's memorial service at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary in Glendale, Arizona. They took care of everything. The cremation, the service and the luncheon afterwards. The food was excellent.The audio - visual was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated with plenty of room for momentos of Mom.Margaret Smith was the best. She was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. In a stressful time, she was comforting and capable.I highly recommend that you use them.
