Donna was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and helpful during the loss of my dear father. Her kindness and professionalism have meant so much to our family during this difficult time.

One thing that touched me deeply was that she was able to provide my mother’s fingerprints that were still on file from six years ago so I could create a memorial tattoo with both of my parents’ prints together. That gesture meant more to me than words can express.

“This is a creepy place to pass by on the 19th Ave. I-10 on ramp. I pass by on my way to work after 6:00 AM and normally see the heat billowing up from the three chimneys. It gets creepier when a cremation starts and I can see smoke coming up from a chimney.“
