“The vibe - I had a bad experience booking my reservation but have heard no one can find good help nowadays; receptionist was rude upon arrival and clearly doesn't understand the difference between ombre, partial weave and or highlights without bleach. Let alone quote an estimate. Salon Service - gossiping about customers between the stylist and receptionist was obvious and unprofessional. Seriously. Quality of service - it was okay but not what I wanted; tried this place five times with two different stylists. First stylist was part-time and unsure of herself so I booked with another stylist who appeared confident but does not follow instructions and wanted me to return if I did not like it. Hmm I just spent 3 hours sitting in a chair to find out you did what you wanted to do because you don't have the heart to admit you don't know how to achieve the look a client wants? No, no, no -- I will not return, you had plenty of time to figure it out. If you don't know or you too are not sure how to do what a client asks for, ASK someone experienced to step in. Geez the nerve. It's not even about the money. It's about the time I took to be there and wait time to look forward to seeing the results I wanted. Last thing I want to hear is come back and let me try again. 4-stars is generous considering I will not be back. They won't ruin your hair but they will not do what you want either.“

“I had a facial and dermaplane done last weekend, it was my first facial/dermaplane experience ever and it was GREAT! Before the session, Heather went over any skin concerns I might have. She also asked what I would like to achieve from the session. It was a pleasant and relaxing experience. She also recommended some products for my skin type. And since I am pregnant, she suggested some ingredients to avoid and what I should look for. Overall, I was very happy with my service. Thank you!“

She took her time, with care and love , she did a color correction and cut that transformed not only my look on the outside but made me feel absolutely gorgeous on the inside! “I found Diana through a Google search as I was wanting to find a makeup artist for my wedding March 19th and reception March 23rd. It was important for me to find someone who applied my makeup in a way where I still look like myself as I don’t really wear makeup. And the most important thing was to find someone who knows how to apply eyeshadow to a monolid as I am Korean. Unfortunately, a lot of makeup artists that are unfamiliar with the different techniques apply the shadow the same as someone with an eyelid crease and I would always look like I had two black eyes.Anyways, I stumbled across Diana’s page and reached out. She was super quick to respond and was going to be out of the country when I had my engagement photos so I had to go with someone else for those and by the time I had my trial with Diana I was able to show her an example of how I don’t want to look based on those photos.We ended up doing two trials as she took my request to look like myself very seriously, which I appreciated, and the next week I scheduled my second trial to get the full glam effect to really see how well she can accentuate my features and I was so so happy. She’s very thorough and so kind and she even pointed me in the direction of my Hair Stylist, Lolitta, that I ended up booking and the two of them worked together so well and we were always laughing. I felt like a princess for both my wedding day and my reception night and I truly feel like I walked away from this experience with a new friend.(Also she shares progress photos and before and after with you so you get to have access to all the glam moments which I loved, I showed her how to do google photo albums so you’ll probably want to have a google account ready to be able to share the photos easily).“
