Too aggressive. Professional boundaries and ethics questionable. Needs to consider professional codes of conduct. Crosses client’s boundaries. Didn’t consider consequences of advice.

They are not trying to help people. Ask them how long have they been in business. It's just like that movie "Body Brokers" but worse, they throw you out on the streets.

Emailed them asking some questions like if I can see a counselor here, trying to get some infoI got a response that didn't answer any of my questions and felt very dismissive.Asked the question again and flat out they said they don't have counselors here.So I call them, and I make an appointment. It was too far out so I tried to cancel it since I found another place that can do an intake this week. I call to cancel, and the person who answers asks why I'm calling, I say to cancel an appointment and she says "ok cool, ill handle that right away" when I hung up I realized she didn't ask when the appointment was, what my name was, or anything.
