ivy is the best! she’s super sweet and funny, did an amazing job on my nails & was happy to make any adjustments. i don’t get my nails done often but i’ll definitely be coming back 🩷

amazing service from Ivy! Best nail tech there. Had a mimosa , french tips, front desk lady was super friendly. Much better experience from the last time i came months ago, Ivy is amazing and so kind and friendly!

I needed 1 nail fixed and headed to Herbal Nail & Spa after being treated disgustingly at Ken’s Nails & Spa down the road. The woman at the front desk was kind and welcoming, very accommodating for my walk in service. Then, Ivy brightened my day! Not only did she quickly and efficiently fix my nail, but she was warm, funny, and had great energy! She apologized for the rudeness of the other shop and made sure I left her chair feeling valued and taken care of. Highly recommend giving them a try - they are proof that kindness really makes the difference!
