From the very beginning, Charles was great to work with - he was communicative, prompt, and reassuring throughout the whole process. The team did an incredible job and you can tell they knew what they were doing! They took the time to prepare the walls prior to painting - patching holes, fixing past patch jobs and places where the paint had run in the past. They color matched a past can of paint that we had from the previous owners to ensure it would seamlessly match. Our needs were more structural than decorative (side door for garage access, roof trusses, etc.), but I never felt like he gave us an ounce less attention than someone doing a larger remodel.
