Called in the morning about a leaking water heater. Made an appointment and he called to see if he could start sooner. Arrived with a new replacement and proceeded to remove the old one and install the new exact replacement. Very professional installation and repairs to the plumbing. Jacob was very nice and fixed our problem extremely fast and easy. Was very understanding when I had him talk to my insurance company. If I were to have any problems in the future I would absolutely hire them again. 10/10 recommend!
