I have searched and searched and searched for a hairstylist for 4 yrs. I have found less than a handful that didn't butcher me, until last week. I went to Rockin Locks Hair Design and Brianna cut my hair. OMG! She is phenomenal, without a doubt the best stylist in Bullhead City hands down. Best of all she is down to earth, and has a great personality. From the time I got there I felt comfortable and relaxed. The salon is cute and cozy and her prices are great. Actually, she could charge way more. I would have no problem paying her more, literally that's how good she is.
