I lost my house key and my spare was with my husband who was out of town. I called Vic with Advanced Lock and Safe and he was able to come to my apartment and get the door unlocked.Vic was very friendly and efficient. The cost for services was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves locked out!

Stayed at a hotel for my son's BMX race which took place next day. Bike was clamped and locked to the bike rack. Couldn't find the right key (left it at home), no idea how it happened. No way to get the bike off the rack. While no one else answered their phones, called back, or DID answer their phone just to tell me "I'm not available right now and I'm sleeping.", Vic did, worked with us, and was extremely friendly and professional. We met him the next morning and he unlocked both clamps with plenty of time to spare before the race started. They were on time, friendly customer service, he gave good advice on up coming problems. They explained everything they did, even the small details, I will recommend this family own business to my friends. Thank you
