Ours is a new build home and one has to expect that some tweaking will be needed with regard to newly installed systems. My first service call was to drop off remotes for mini-splits which were needed, and while here Nathan also tested one thermostat that we felt might not be calibrated correctly. He said it was! Nathan also took the time to handle explanations that were needed regarding other installed devices. He did a great job and all was appreciated!

We have been customers of Air Control for many years. Their commitment to customer service is exceptional. Our service representative, Alex, has become our favorite and we always request him. He is prompt, efficient and personable.
Today I had Air Control Home Services preform A/C maintenance on my home unit. I called them a few minutes after 8 AM and they were able to be at my home by 10 AM.
The technician, Nicholas was very professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions and explained the procedures as he completed them.
The 1 recommend replacement I did agree with and it was completed in a few minutes. The entire service was excellent. The time required was well within standards.
With the quality of work and the professional demeanor of Nicholas I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing A/C or heating work. Great job.
