I moved to bullhead from south orange county,CA. I was a beauty professional so I know quality salons and talented industry professionals. I was beginning to lose hope on finding any salon that was at the caliber I had been accustomed to. After my first shampoo with Casey I knew I was in the right place. I had a mishap with my cut and highlights/lowlights at another Jean Jeffrey salon location. I called this location and Debbie answered my call. She was very professional and understanding while listening to my concerns and assured me, Brittany the owner, would contact me. I spoke with Brittany, who was also very professional and understanding about my concerns. She set me up with hairstylist Casey Hill to fix the issues. When I come to town I pop in to get a pedicure from Mark. He does a fantastic job, he is professional, personable and keeps the room very tidy. I am at the point that I don't want to go anywhere else. Give him a tey!
