“So I’ve looked over some of these other negative reviews. I certainly understand how frustration comes in. But people should understand that businesses have had to make many decisions over the past ten years to try and stay a float. Believe me when I say the people at Americas best isn’t sitting around waiting for you to come in so they can ignore. Some people have such Big EGO that they should also have there feet rubbed and be pampered before anybody else. It’s not staffs fault that people don’t show up. My wife and I came in here and they were super busy. I had a hip replacement a week prior. But a little patience and tolerance of others and we got the best service from ( Lorrie and the assistant MGR ever ). We even choose Americas best over another company ( Vision Works ) that took our insurance and probably would have saved us a little more money. I’ll wait for nice and good service. But I don’t do business with people that straight out lie to me and my wife ( Vision Works )! When we went back to Americas best it was only Lorrie there. Nobody else not even customers. By the time we left she had 5 people waiting to get help. She smiled and said hello to every person. Polite explains what was going on in a professional manner. Finished with us and went right to the next customer!!

That staff isn’t trying to ignore people. They are not being Malicious they are working with the tools that they have at that time. Be grateful and humble that they even showed up in this day and age!!!!“

“Trusight Optometry in the Target store it definitely 💯 customer service very friendly the front desk when you walk in they greet you and very friendly and you get all set up with what you need . I had Chelsea Cain . Best eye exam I have ever had she is friendly and great at what she does. I did see the other OD talking to a person that was getting an eye exam he was very friendly also . When I was done with my exam was help with picking out glasses. 🤓 Got the pair I love . Thank you all . Want great customer service and a great eye exam this is the place“
