About Nationwide Vision
Nationwide Vision, a optometry business established in 1985, is dedicated to providing quality eye care in Arizona. They offer comprehensive eye exams for children and medical eye treatments for adults. The staff is known for being friendly and helpful, with reviewers mentioning specific employees like Marhya. Dr. Woolford is noted for being thorough and authentic. The business has a wide selection of fashionable frames. However, some reviewers noted issues with the cleanliness and functionality of the office, such as broken exam room chairs and a lack of water machines. Despite this, many reviewers have had positive experiences with the business and appreciate their patience and helpfulness, especially with children.
My husband went in to get his glasses (fixed)after rolling over on them. The clerk said he would attempt to repair them, they are great with no charge. Thank you Nationwide vision.
Office staff is very courteous and respectful. They are very welcoming and helpful and office is very clean. I was very happy with service I was rendered. I was fortunate to have met the office manager and she made the ordering process so easy.
I went to this Nationwide by accident about 7 months ago for a boken nose piece. Michele greeted me and asked what I needed. I explained my problem. She took my glass's and fixed them. There was no charge. So when I got my new insurence I went back to see them since they helped me out. The staff are great. I learned more from Doctor Houle then any one else in the past 20 years, she is patient and funny. Taliyah is the first tech. to ask and explain the importance of having your eyes dilated and was very friendly and patient. Michele helped me pick out my frames and explained differant types of frames. She made measurments for fitting the frames. Brittani did my check in and later made some adjustments on my frames, she is knowledgeadle and friendly. If I forgot some one I apoligize. I realy felt comfotable with the staff no rush or hassle. I will be going back to see them again.
