“We woke up with no air on the hottest day of the year! Mr. Wood was at the house by 7 am. He found the problem quickly and luckily the part was in stock. He drove to another town to get the part and we had air by 2 pm. We have used Wood heating and air for years. They have always had us serviced or repaired in a timely manner. We greatly appreciate their professionalism.“

“So professional and helpful! They were quick to respond to our problem. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired the broke valve on our HVAC the next day and even checked that it was covered under warranty. When we had issues with the heat after they’d repaired the valve, the tech came back that same night & helped trouble shoot and even installed a new thermostat for us to fix the issue. Couldn’t be more happy with the service! Highly recommend!“

“As I am writing this review, Kevin and Danielle are hard at work on my unit. With tears in my eyes, they told me that they would come help me. I am a disabled vet with limited means and mobility. The concern and treatment is above and beyond what anyone could even expect. I would use Moore Heat & Air for all my HVAC needs and so should you. They came to my house after normal hours and help my family. I have never in my entire life never seen a business care so much about their customers.
