“Let me start by providing one word to describe Noland Heat and Air and that one word is AWESOME! Yesterday, 6/1/26, was in the 90s, hot an humid as all. At about 9:30 PM my AC stopped cooling. I called them 1st thing in the AM and Robert made room on their schedule, IMMEDIATELY, to help me out, a disabled senior citizen. The technician showed up within a half hour and immediately went to work diagnosing the problem while being polite and cordial as he explained what he was doing and finding. Very nice tech and he is part of the AWESOME. The issue was a capacitor went bad on my 11 year old unit, he replaced it, and my AC was back up and running like new. All involved also helped to keep the cost low for me which is greatly appreciated because I am on a fixed income. Simply AWESOME all the way around and now they are my go to for repairs and biannual HVAC maintenance. Thank you to all including the delightful lady who also spoke to me on the phone in regards to my payment options.”
