James Whittiker made it a priority to come service my heating unit while my granddaughter was visiting. The response time was amazing and the pricing was fair. James is very personable, I enjoyed meeting him. While he was here, he also tightened the handle on my storm door. I will call Whittiker Ac & Heating again. What a difference great customer service makes.

I called Whittiker AC & Heating to look at my mom's mini split because it was throwing two different codes, he looked up the codes and told what he thought it was, low on freon. I was at work at the time, Mr. Whittiker said he would meet me after I got off of work, 5:00 PM. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and it was low on freon.
He found him to be honest and reliable.
I will use him again in the future.
