“I've been a patient at the Mercy Centerton Clinic for many years. I've always received good service and excellent care. My doctor always spends plenty of time discussing my issues and is very helpful. I read a couple of reviews where people thought they were being passed over in the waiting room by patients arriving later than them. I would like to say that this may not be accurate - I always use the Mercy app to confirm my appointment and to check-in for my visits. I check-in in the parking lot and many times don't have time to sit down before being called back. For anyone reading this, the Mercy app is really helpful and makes everything much easier.”
