I had a procedure on July 17th and stayed for two nights. Wanted to share appreciation for the nurses and staff that helped me. They were all kind and attentive, especially Anabel! Would highly recommend this location for anyone that is a first time patient.
I recently had a nine day stay at Northwest Hospital in Bentonville, 4 days in ICU and 5 days on third floor. I entered through the emergency department with a serious internal bleed, and was exposed to many different departments during my stay. I can say that all departments and medical staff provided excellent care. Dr. Nanzdo and Dr.Fuller spent considerable time with me and I can't say enough good about them! They are both very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, supportive and personable. I would not hesitate to use Northwest Hospital again and hope the great care continues with the Freeman Health System acquisition.
Going to the ER is never pleasant, but this ER visit was as good of an ER experience as you can get. My husband had a piece of steak lodged in his esophagus. He sat in the waiting room for less than 20 minutes. They had to call an emergency surgeon in to remove the steak. Within 3 hours the staff necessary arrived, performed the procedure, and got him ready to get sent home. My husband was put under by Dr. Porter, operated on by Dr. Pack, and discharged by Leader Lauren. My husband checked himself in, so I didn’t catch the name of the individual at the front desk, or the nurse who checked him in. I would like to recognize them also.
