My first rating was 5+ stars. I was and still am very happy with my first Dr there (for my Meniere's Disease). If it were not for her, my rating would now be 1star. My 2nd Dr there seemed pretty amazing to begin with. All the way up until surgery he was very nice and patient with my questions. BUT the minute surgery was over, he was done with me. No follow up appointments. No checking on me. I was on my own to get stitches out. I could've died from complications and they would never have known or cared it seems. I'm more than 30 days out now and still haven't heard from them. Even after several voicemails and text messages. This is not acceptable. Shame on you!

I had a somewhat scary thing appear on an MRI. This place got me right in, & Dr. Sloneker was very kind & very thorough with me. I left there feeling less worried. I had trouble getting the MRI/insurance/scheduling done, and his staff worked on my case for almost 2 hours of phone calls so that I can get the care that I need. I am really thankful for them helping me.

Dr Felicia Johnson and her staff are amazing. As someone who has struggled with chronic sinusitis, I have had experience with many physicians. The office is pleasant and so are the people. They are very conscientious about staying on time so you don’t spend hours in the waiting room! The support staff is truly outstanding! They are caring and extremely competent. Dr Johnson listens to her patients. She provides the services you need, when you need them. I had two major surgical procedures done by doctors from the ENT of the Ozarks—sinus surgery and a tear duct reconstruction. Both surgeries and post-op care couldn’t have produced better results.
