Bentonville Pediatrics is a highly recommended practice. The doctors and staff are consistently described as kind, patient, great with kids, and amazing. Dr. Foster is an absolute favorite, noted for being the best, awesome, and great with kids of all ages. He always takes time to listen carefully to concerns, demonstrates superb bedside manner, and is understanding. His punctuality and efficiency are also valued. Andrea King is also highlighted as amazing and great, with a great way about her that connects well with patients. The practice delivers care with a sense of urgency, expertise, and rationale for medical recommendations. The office is maintained as a crisp, clean shop through continual updates. The staff makes visits stress-free, and communication is great. There is an online scheduling and patient portal available. While some past feedback noted the front office and nurses could improve in returning calls and assistance, recent efforts have made it easier to get through to someone on the phone. Overall, families feel relief knowing their kids receive the best care from this group.
My kids have been patients of Dr. Foster for 6 years, since my first was an infant. Today I came in the office for my daughters scheduled 4-year wellness visit and was told I do not have an appointment, but they had another child with the same first name with an appointment at the same time. After trying to call the other child’s parents to see if their daughter had an appointment today (no answer) I was told sorry but I had to leave since I do not have an appointment. I had received a text message as well as proof of appointment through a handwritten note by their office, which unfortunately I had hanging on my calendar at home. So after waiting in the waiting room for 25 min I was sent home without being seen. Why nobody realized the wrong last name at check in is still a mystery, since I had to provide my daughters first and last name as well as her birthdate upon arrival. I am very unhappy with the way their mistake was handled today.
We love Dr Foster! Highly recommend, always felt safe and heard there. Andrea is also wonderful, always so calm and knowledgeable.
Dr. Kilgore is the best! She takes her time to thoroughly listen, understand, assess, diagnose and treat the root of the concern, every single time. During well-child visits, she takes her time to connect with my kids, make them feel comfortable, and has conversations with them in a way that makes them feel heard while gently explaining and explaining things to them in an age appropriate manner. She is exceptional with communicating with me as a parent and always goes above and beyond to make sure my kids have access to everything to make them their healthiest selves.
