Bentonville Pediatrics is a highly recommended practice. The doctors and staff are consistently described as kind, patient, great with kids, and amazing. Dr. Foster is an absolute favorite, noted for being the best, awesome, and great with kids of all ages. He always takes time to listen carefully to concerns, demonstrates superb bedside manner, and is understanding. His punctuality and efficiency are also valued. Andrea King is also highlighted as amazing and great, with a great way about her that connects well with patients. The practice delivers care with a sense of urgency, expertise, and rationale for medical recommendations. The office is maintained as a crisp, clean shop through continual updates. The staff makes visits stress-free, and communication is great. There is an online scheduling and patient portal available. While some past feedback noted the front office and nurses could improve in returning calls and assistance, recent efforts have made it easier to get through to someone on the phone. Overall, families feel relief knowing their kids receive the best care from this group.
After bringing home my baby from the hospital, I knew I wasn't producing enough and my baby wasn't being fed. I was so worried and stressed, and all of the lactation consultants I called blew off my concerns and told me it was normal cluster feeding. Doctor April Kilgore truly listened to me, helped me feel understood, and offered many valid solutions to help. I was in tears of gratitude after my visit. I could not thank Doctor Kilgore enough for her validation and help in mine and my baby's time of need. Would recommend her to anyone.
We moved here a year and a half ago and have loved seeing Andrea King for our 3 kids ranging from 9 months to 6 years. She is super good with kids and always makes them feel comfortable and safe. She has great bedside manner and remembers details from our previous visits. One of our kids has been experiencing some strange health issues, and she’s been great at getting us into specialists and following up with us. Would definitely recommend!
Tried other pediatricians in the area, but finally found a good fit here with Dr. Foster! Really the whole team is great and we’ve loved them all when we’ve met with different people to get in fast. Gotten in same day every time!
