I live in the Bella Vista. Upon moving to Arkansas we went to Mercy in Bentonville at a satellite office. We were about to stop going to Mercy all together until we tried the smaller office in Bella Vista. Now we have a primary care doctor we actually trust and they care about what we have to say. And on the ER side they have always been very nice to us.
Dr Krushiker and Aubyn Friedland are incredible practitioners. They both have great bedside manner and listened to me. They are responsive in the patient portal between appointments and I am happy with their care. I moved from another state and it’s been a lot and they’ve been great!
This was my first time in this clinic. I was very ill w/viral bronchitis violent coughing. I was seen by Dr.Phillips. Wow! A real doctor for once it's been years. She was kind professional assessed my situation and prescribed a plan of care. She truly cared. This is a rare quality these days. Thank you Dr.Phillips for being the ultimate example of proper patient care. I will be back in the future.
