“We called and made "an appointment" for someone to come and inspect our home plumbing system.Someone was to come on Wednesday or Thursday of that week.Nobody showed on either day. We called Thursday to inquire if anyone would be coming. The person who answered said someone would be there. But couldn't give us a time frame No one ever showed.I called the next day on Friday to check the status of our appointment. I called several times that morning and no one answered.Not a professional outfit. Seemingly litte care given to providing good customer service.“
