I had a water line leak and a crew was sent out very quickly. Not only that, but after the men fixed the leak, they were kind enough to inform me that my pressure was too high. This was something the water company needed to fix and I needed to know as it can put additional wear and tear on my hot water heater and other appliances.
Guys came in and we’re ready to work. Did a good job of explaining what they were going to do and executed.
What a pleasure it is to do business the old-fashioned way! That has been my exact experience today with John Wayne Plumbing! From my initial phone call to complete install of a new water heater was 4 hours ... only FOUR HOURS! Nathaniel and Joshua were the consummate professionals ... courteous, conscientious, and thorough!
