We had an issue with our sewage pump on a Sunday morning. Called Premier and the tech, Eric, showed up within an hour. Replaced check valve which had a fitting broken off on inlet side. Had everything up and running in a couple hours.

I would like to extend a huge and heartfelt thank-you to the wonderful front desk staff, technicians, and managers at Premier.
I would especially like to personally recognize John, the electrician; David, the HVAC manager; and Brian, the HVAC technician, for going above and beyond to restore power to my home and repair my HVAC unit following the power outage.
Each of them was incredibly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They continued working diligently despite the extremely hot conditions both outside and inside my home. Their dedication, patience, and genuine concern for my well-being truly meant so much to me.

Five stars for Premier Service Company! Our main water line leaked and flooded our entire downstairs with water. Chase and Jacob came out to perform the repair and completely saved the day. They went above and beyond not just by fixing the pipe, but by helping us manage the water crisis with total professionalism. Absolute lifesavers!
