I cannot recommend Heads AC highly enough. After dealing with ongoing problems caused by poor installation and workmanship from another local AC company, Heads AC stepped in and completely turned the situation around.
Joe Miller was the technician who initially came to our home. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose what was going on, got our system back up and running, and then returned to do an extensive evaluation of the entire system. Joe laid out a detailed plan explaining what had been done incorrectly, what needed to be repaired, and what it would take to finally get our system operating the way it should have from the beginning.

I called Heads desperate for air!! Joe was awesome very professional , friendly talk us through and went above and beyond. Made sure we were comfortable. Even called the second day to check up on us and went out of his way to help us get financing with purchasing a whole new unit. Can’t wait to get this fresh air going in our home. Joe showed up to our house to look at our AC unit and told us the unit was over 20 years old. He was able to get it working so that the AC was working enough. If I could give a 20 star I would Joe was exceptional. He explained everything gave us options as if we were family. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.
