This is a gem ? highly recommend. I’ve been looking for a location close to home and today I found it. The staff are all so friendly, all the tools are sanitized and they don’t reuse items on other customers. This is a top priority for me when looking for a nail salon. I had a pedicure and the woman took her time and my feet feel and look amazing. I already told me friend she will have to come back with me next time I come.

Transmission failed on my truck and I was stuck 366 miles from home, these guys were willing and able to tow across state lines, the driver, Scott, and the office personnel were understanding and professional, quite courteous actually, the drive to my house was tedious and time consuming several stops for fuel and a snack or two, we got it home and he made sure I was able to get it into my driveway. Very professional the entire time. I also checked to make sure he got back home safely. (He did.) I selecting Patriot to do a full roof replacement to bring my home up to Fortified standards. I was totally pleased and impressed with the Patriot team. The color and type of shingles my wife and I wanted were not available locally. The project manager for our job, Chris Bingle, searched sources and found the exact shingle we wanted some distance away. On install day the installation team and the correct materials showed up early and ready to work. Mr. Bingle was also there to meet with us, explain the work to be done, and answer questions. He was managing other projects as well but visited our job site several times throughout the day. The install team didn't need supervision or oversight, the entire team worked hard, fast, and with excellent teamwork. The owner of the company, Stephen Farley, visited the job site twice that day as well. The team finished the job in one day and did an thorough clean-up before they left. I was incredibly impressed and pleased with the installation team and management. We will definitely be using Patriot for the many future projects we're planning for our home.

I had an ongoing erosion/flooding problem in my backyard, and even though Hydroseed Pros does more of the commercial jobs, Joe Mason took the time over several phone calls/texts/photos to offer me *free* advice about how to fix my erosion problem. He was the *only* one to reply to my queries, explain the physics of erosion, and offer engineering advice. He suggested things to install, how to install it, and where to get supplies. I have been a loyal Hansen customer for four years now. This time I had them remove a tub and replace it with a shower pan and surround. Mr. Tim went to pick up the shower pan from the distributor twice and they tried to sell him damaged pans. He refused the broken shower pan both times. After that second one, he drove all the way over to Baldwin County and a different distributor and got a healthy pan to install in my house. He and his partner did a fantastic job removing the old tub, replacing plumbing and installing the new shower pan and surround. The sheetrock cutout work on the demo was so tight that he made my tiling around the new shower a breeze. Great job, Tim!

Hansen was hired to remove and then re-install 4 compressors so a new flat roof could be installed. The compressors were on the roof. The disconnect went smoothly but the re-install was less than acceptable. The workmanship is below industry standards.1. The compressors weren't leveled or secured properly and could easily be moved.2.Miscellaneous debris was left on the new roofing membrane, screws, copper tubing, pieces of wood, zip ties. These could potentially damage the new roof.3. One of the compressor wasn't hook up properly when it was re-installed on Nov. 22. It hasn't worked properly for over 1 week. I am waiting for Hansen to connect it properly so I have my furnace operating correctly and I have heat. I have requested they have it fixed today. I will be anxiously waiting .Update: Hansen was responsive and sent several service tech. to look at my system They were very professional. They concluded it was coincidental that my system wasn't working properly and wasn't due to the compressor change out.
