He installed a new water heater, a water softener system, replaced a shower valve, and installed a new water pressure regulator. He also fixed our toilet and a random sink just because he was in the area for no additional charge. He did all that in one trip!!! 10/10 job will be calling Mr. Drippy again.“

“Madden to the rescue once again. In my attempt to replace an old shower cartridge, it became apparent that the cartridge was ceased in its cylinder. When I contacted Jon Madden, he walked me through some trouble shooting efforts to dislodge the cartridge. When those efforts didn't work, Mr Madden came out and put his expertise to work. Within a few minutes he had the old cartridge out and the new cartridge installed. He then gave me a rate that not even Ebenezer Scrooge could have complained about!! This was the second time that I've received phenomenal service from Madden Plumbing in the last week and a half. I have called upon Madden Plumbing several times over the years and we've never received anything less than stellar service. I highly recommend Madden Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.“

“I always like to give a shout out to a great customer experience. We had an issue with an outdoor faucet and Garrett with Hoover Plumbing fixed it. I had to leave a message with my first call, and he called back within a few minutes and apologized for the delay. He set an appointment time and texted when he had to delay the repair due to pouring rain. He let me know he could come when the rain let up and finished the repair quickly. “UPDATE: I spoke to the office manager Sierra yesterday. She was very nice. Informed me that they had tried a marketing firm to manage their contacts and now an automated system for contacting customers. She confirmed my contacts points, apologized and assured me this would be corrected. The person normally taking calls is out this week which explains the multiple contacts. Assuming this will be a permanent correction on the contact points & the fact that Sierra was very nice and genuine, I am changing my review to 5 stars.“

“What a fabulous company. Glad to have met them, unfortunately under not so great circumstances involving a septic system. The leader Shawn was upfront, pleasant and so very helpful. His workers Devon, Chris, Levi, and my memory slips on the two other two worker's names(my sincere apologies) as they were equally knowledgeable and fantastic. I will not hesitate to use them or recommend them! Came out ona Saturday andback promptly on the following Monday. Got the job done!It wasnt easy, either. They do almost everything else to from reno, electrical, landscaping, HVAC and more. I wouldnot hesitate calling on them again.“

“I had the unfortunate issue of mold in my HVAC system that required significant remediation including drywall work, duct work, mold treatment, painting, etc. Jason and his team at Maestro were absolutely wonderful! They were particularly wonderful about communicating with me while he was coordinating all the services, keeping me in the loop the entire time. They were prompt, respectful and completed the services in a timely manner. I am so impressed with their services, I have enrolled in their home maintenance program, of which they have already come and done my first 27-point inspection. “In my opinion, Hank Wegener is the best plumber in the area. He arrives when he says he will arrive, fixes problems, and charges reasonable rates. While he will advise on other things that may need to be addressed, he doesn't try to turn a $150 leak into a $2000 water heater replacement. Not only did Hank promptly fix the problems we had, he also took the time to clean up the area (even though he did not make the mess) and allow me to run a cycle of clothes in the washing machine to verify the problem was fixed. I highly recommend using his service.“
