He installed a new water heater, a water softener system, replaced a shower valve, and installed a new water pressure regulator. He also fixed our toilet and a random sink just because he was in the area for no additional charge. He did all that in one trip!!! 10/10 job will be calling Mr. Drippy again.“

“I always like to give a shout out to a great customer experience. We had an issue with an outdoor faucet and Garrett with Hoover Plumbing fixed it. I had to leave a message with my first call, and he called back within a few minutes and apologized for the delay. He set an appointment time and texted when he had to delay the repair due to pouring rain. He let me know he could come when the rain let up and finished the repair quickly. His workers Devon, Chris, Levi, and my memory slips on the two other two worker's names(my sincere apologies) as they were equally knowledgeable and fantastic. I will not hesitate to use them or recommend them! Came out ona Saturday andback promptly on the following Monday. Got the job done!It wasnt easy, either. Informed me that they had tried a marketing firm to manage their contacts and now an automated system for contacting customers. She confirmed my contacts points, apologized and assured me this would be corrected. The person normally taking calls is out this week which explains the multiple contacts. Assuming this will be a permanent correction on the contact points & the fact that Sierra was very nice and genuine, I am changing my review to 5 stars.“
