So thankful for Jackson Services and our service technician today, Chase. Chase has been out to do routine maintenance for us before, and he is a very polite and knowledgeable young man. It was a nasty rainy day, but he still got the job done...and wore shoe covers when he came in our home! :)

Dylan Flowers with Jackson Heating and Air came promptly to check on a heat pump unit that I had to turn off because of a strong electrical smell. He discussed the problem and options in a factual manner without high pressure sales talk. Thank you, Dylan for your professionalism.
