“Jonathan was very detailed and explained every thing and took time to answer additional questions my husband and I had. We called on a Friday morning around 8 and by 9:30 Jonathan was at our home. I can tell he was very detailed while trying to resolve the issue. If I ever have to call back (I hope not, LOL!) Dixie came to my place to test water quality, water heater, and a quote for a water filtration system. The consultation was $69 which is good for 30 days. They have all the connections if it’s something out of their expertise. Comes with the $69, 30 day, evaluation. I was assured my water quality was fine and algae in water is normal in this area. I have a small HVAC issue and Dixie and their HVAC are coming out to check my HVAC issue. This was included with the $69 for my plumbing issue. Need an honest answer? Dixie“
