Paul is determined to insure customer satisfaction and that the job is done right. He made a second trip out to my house to address my concerns at no charge. He also advised me that if any issues continue He will get to the reason and fix that issue. His prices are very very reasonable. He personally is friendly talkative and doesn't rush off like money is his sole goal. I actually believe he cares for the people he serves. Excellent qualities in my book. I was so impressed with the service and the quality of the work. They put in my new duct work on the coldest day that this area has seen in many years. It was 5 degrees outside. That was impressive. If you need any A/C work look no further than Metro climate system. Paul Potter is always there when you call to help as quick as possible. Best call you can make.
Responded to our problem the next day after the call, worked above and beyond the expectations we had. Metro did what other companies looked at and said "not our problem".Called them in for a leaking condensation duct, found that the issue was more plumbing related but even so they worked with us on a solution when they had all right to leave and charge us for the consultation.Service: HVAC system repair
