Always great friendly service. Called at 8:30 in the morning to let them know we had a problem. Actually talked to a friendly person on second ring. Repairman was at my house by 10. He explained the problem and the solution. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely had a great experience. Put the cry out on Facebook when I couldn't find a commercial refrigeration company to service my equipment. Amy responded immediately! So helpful and professional in every way. The service technician was also knowledgeable and super friendly as well as really customer oriented. Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone!

We are very pleased with the service from Farnell. We had a number of issues with our air conditioning and were referred to Farnell. After some troubleshooting with them, they got us squared away with a new system and it hasn’t given us any trouble.Kelan is the technician who typically services us and we are happy with his work.
