Wonderful service. Mark was excellent, very helpful and had great customer service. 100% recommendation for Mark.My only complaint was with the franchise itself about riding time. I’m charged 2 hours riding time because I have to use Montgomery and Auburn Roto rooter 30 minutes away. It cost me more money. Also if I have a dispute with Montgomery in the future I’m going to choose a different plumber because Auburn Roto Rooter is not an option for me.

Very honest company ! I thought I needed my tank pumped and tech wade advised me that my tank was not full and I have a field line issue and he didn’t won’t me wasting money pumping it to not solve the issue . And helped point me in the correct direction to get the issue resolved. Would highly recommend for septic issues
