“I recently changed locations from Brentwood TN to Madison AL. I had an appt on 6/26/26. My gps quit working on my way for my appt, making me 10 minutes late. They were most kind in giving me verbal directions over the phone and seeing me even tho I was late. The entire visit was a joy!! All of the staff were kind and helpful. Dr H, was amazing. While they do show you all options, they are not annoying about the up sale. They have fixed my glasses and replaced lens under warranty instead of just telling me to buy a new pair.
