I was desperately looking for replacement frames for my son. Allen and Kaylee were soooo freakin amazing! They were busy but treated me with such care. I will 100% be back. Grateful that my mom recommended me. And their store hours are reasonable.

First of all the customer service was off the charts. The environment is clean, fresh, and smells amazing. The staffs customer service skills are impeccable. Leah, Allen, Paula, Brittany, Kharrie all ROCK & ROLL!! Dr Barack Is “ COOLER THAN A FAN”!

I lost my glasses the Friday of a holiday weekend. The guys at Marx Optical were so understanding and helpful. Before the afternoon was over I had a new pair of glasses!! It's been a long time since I've seen such professionalism in an organization. HIGHLY recommend!!
