The patient was led to the glasses area and got to browse options while an associate picked out the ones covered by their insurance and patiently waited as they tried on the ones they liked. The patient is excited to go pick up their glasses and be able to see clearly, and will definitely return to EyeCare Associates for all their glasses/contacts needs. The doctors and staff at EyeCare Associates are fantastic. Dr. Moultrie retired two years ago, and since then, the patient and their wife have been examined by Dr. Boyd. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. The patient has had some billing issues, but the staff has explained things clearly when asked. Ms. Shana and Dr. Pendergrass were very professional, taking the time to explain what they were doing and why. The patient had a very pleasant visit and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for an eyecare professional.
