Scheduled an eye exam at the Providence location. Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was great to deal with. Loved the digital exam, the thorough explanation and excellent customer service. Selection of frames was great. Will definitely make this my go to for glasses and exams going forward.
Initially I was able to get in same day and they were great. I went back in to get more contacts before my prescription was up and they had my contacts there in less than two days. I relocated for work and forgot to pick them up. I spoke with Abby and she mailed them to me at my new location without charge or questions asked. Great experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Huntsville Eyes! I found myself in a situation last Friday where I needed to get some glasses made same day, and they were so nice and helpful! They didn’t have the exact strength I needed (my eyesight is terrible, so I don’t think that strength is typically stocked in store anywhere), but they made me a pair in the highest strength they had to get me through till the higher strength lenses could come in. Then when the strength I needed came in, they swapped them out for me in less than 30 minutes, during what was supposed to be their lunch break because that happened to be the time that worked for me.
