I had already had two different companies out in the preceding weeks to look at a small repair job, a hole about the size of a fist. I was waiting on their estimates when Jared and his team knocked.After inspecting the roof, they provided an estimate at my front door, which also noted a few other small issues they found. We scheduled the work for the next week. Taylor made the repairs and was incredibly helpful.One company got back with me a few weeks after Timeless had already completed the job, and the other never responded.
