Erie Home Roofing did a fantastic job from the salesman, Rod James, showing us why Erie materials is different from other companies. What sold us was the material they put over the tar paper and no water goes through it, and the shingles are ceramic grit rather than limestone grit like on all other shingles . The roofing crew gets 5 stars as they were here the first day removing old shingles and they worked hard. They did a beautiful clean up job. My roof is warranted for 30 years and I am 81yo and My children will reap the roof that doesn't leak.
The whole team worked seamlessly together to bring a great roofing product to my home. The neighborhood is saying how much better the house looks with the upgraded roofing. I am very pleased with the finished product. Thank you guys.
Erie was awesome! Sales person explained how their products were superior to just industry standards. He feature all their protections and how their shingles are made in house just for them. He also went over their warranty information and for the 1st 10 years any issue with the shingles would be covered for the product and labor in full. Since this is probably the house we will be in for our entire life it had a 30 year warranty. I recommend them because their installers were extremely knowledgeable and they completely cleaned up everything like they had never been there. Awesome Install!
