“STA DRY Roofing just finished removing our old roof and replacing it with Camelot Laminated Architectural Shingles. We were very impressed with the entire process. “The tiled in soap shelf in our master bathroom fell off the wall & closer inspection, it appeared to have mold underneath. I bought some tools and started popping off tiles, expecting a fairly straightforward repair & cleaning was in order-unfortunately the scale of the mold and obviously slowly dissolving drywall behind (the original construction had no water barrier between the dry wall and the tiles!) it became obvious this was going to be a major project. We asked around and got a quote for as high as $15,000 before we found Home Direct Services.

I knew something was different when Harrison offered to swing by our home after 6pm to give us a quote- that's the kind of thing someone who is serious about growing their business and establishing a positive relationship with a client will do.
He was very friendly and courteous and gave us a great quote for what we needed. Harrison gave us great advice on the types of alternatives to a tiled bathroom we could get, and made our lives very easy by acquiring all the materials & new fittings needed, including the shower kit ahead of time.

He and his work crew showed up on time when they said they'd be there, were respectful of our home and the whole process was completed within three days, which was much faster than we were expecting. Harrison inspected the work himself and even offered to adjust the new shower's temperature as well as making sure the new shower and drywall work were neatly painted as well.
Harrison was very responsive and gave us a very reasonable price and made the whole process very easy and stress free on his clients. We'd been anxious about the shower project as this was our first one, but I could not recommend Harrison and Home Direct Services more highly for anyone else needing similar work done.“

“While budgeting and planning for this project I had contacted 5 tree removal services. Being Black, and wanting to support small business, I had asked a Black owner to give estimate first. He gave an appointment for the following week. Three other tree removal services never responded. Arriving at the work site a few minutes before a scheduled appointment I was delighted to see that Gray’s Tree Service was already there and was assessing the work I had described by phone. The 2 associates were cordial, focused and attentive. This brief meet ended with their promised estimate by e-mail, this same day, which I received. The job involved downing 3 trees which had been planted at the property line and now stood over the neighbor’s house. Down one very old and very BIG tree next to my home. Down one medium sized tree which had grown in a wrong place. Cut up and remove three BIG trees which had previously been felled. On appointment day with the small business owner I had already received Gray’s Tree Services’ estimate via e-mail as promised, but had not hired them. You tell me who I hired: Small business tree cutter’s estimate: $17,000.00 Gray’s Tree Services’ estimate: $ 5,600.00“
