The last few years we've had Austin Peay consistently and he really takes an interest in us like a friend. He does great documentation and this time photos! We feel so good about having great water and protecting our homes from hard water. I am not receiving any bonus for this review.“

“It was a complicated repair on a walk in tub. No other plumbing company was interested in working on it. Chris came and was able to fix it, replacing the pump and sealing some joins that were leaking. It took a couple of trips, but he was very professional and informative at each step and was there when he said he would be. Very satisfied with the work and Chris’ professionalism.“

I can honestly say, after living in about a dozen houses that all needed lots of work, that Mr. Drippy is the best plumbing experience I've had. They are competent and professional. Does a great job. Have never had a problem with any of the techs from OnTime. Never nervous about who they send. We have a membership which covered the service so no cost to us which was great“

They did a great job installing a garbage disposal at a very reasonable price relative to competition. Very professional and nice folks to work with, most importantly transparent about pricing. Called them on a second occasion as well. Michael is amazing, so would highly recommend him. Great experience on the scheduling side as well and aligning windows of availability, which they stuck to. While that may seem basic, not many home improvement and maintenance businesses commit to timeframes, somehow too many expect the customer to work on their schedule. Hoover Plumbing was a pleasant and sharp contrast to that, so would easily recommend them.“
